Milestones

The milestones are coming thick and fast these days!

• Joslyn finally traded in her infant car seat for a big-girl convertible car seat. She is nowhere near the weight limit on the infant seat, but finally tipped over the height limit.
  
• It only took about 11 months, but she her first tooth finally broke through! The others will come quickly now I would guess!
• We bought Joslyn her first meal at a restaurant tonight! It was a grilled cheese, and she ate almost 3/4 of it! It was great! I finally enjoyed a meal where I didn't have to give half of it to her:)
• Baby J has developed an active imagination. If you hold out your hand, she will reach out and "pick up" what she imagines as "food" from it. Then, if she's feeling generous, she'll reach up and "feed" it to you, or, even more cute is when she feeds herself and then smiles! We love it!
  

In one week from today, she will turn 1 year old.... amazing how time flies!

The motorized bike is also known as a derny and is used in events like the Kierin.

We had a great time and will most likely be back!
Not to mention I won a $140 pair of sunglasses!!
